Venchecker 4-in-1 Rapid Test Kit: Complete Product Details & Screening Guide
The Venchecker 4-in-1 Rapid Test Kit is a multi-panel, at-home diagnostic screening tool designed to detect four major bloodborne infections simultaneously using a single finger-prick blood sample. Built on lateral-flow immunochromatographic technology, it provides clear, qualitative screening results in 15 to 20 minutes without requiring clinical equipment or laboratory processing.

| Infectious Marker | Target Biomarker Detected | Clinical Significance |
| HIV-1 / HIV-2 | Antibodies to HIV Types 1 & 2 | Detects specific antibodies formed by the immune system in response to Human Immunodeficiency Virus. |
| Syphilis | Antibodies to Treponema pallidum | Identifies treponemal antibodies associated with syphilis infection across primary, secondary, and early latent stages. |
| Hepatitis B (HBV) | Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg) | Direct indicator of active or chronic Hepatitis B viral infection in the bloodstream. |
| Hepatitis C (HCV) | Antibodies to Hepatitis C Virus (Anti-HCV) | Screens for specific host antibodies triggered by acute or chronic Hepatitis C infection. |

Sterile Safety Lancet: Single-use spring-loaded device for painless finger-prick collection.
-
Pre-measured Buffer Diluent: Formulated solution to assist sample lateral flow across reaction strips.
-
Capillary Dropper / Transfer Pipette: For collecting and dispensing the blood sample.
-
Alcohol Swab: For cleansing the puncture site.
-
Package Insert: Step-by-step instructional guide.
Step-by-Step Usage Instructions
-
Preparation: Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water, then dry completely. Clean the side of the fingertip pad using the included alcohol swab and allow it to air dry.
-
Blood Collection: Remove the safety cap from the sterile lancet, press it firmly against the prepared fingertip to discharge, and wipe away the first tiny drop of blood. Gently massage the finger from wrist to tip to form a full drop of blood.
-
Sample Application: Draw the blood drop into the capillary dropper and transfer the designated amount to the sample wells (S) on the cassette.
-
Buffer Addition: Add the specified drops of buffer diluent into the buffer wells according to the package insert.
-
Read Results: Start a timer immediately. Read all four panel results between 15 and 20 minutes. Do not interpret test lines after 20 minutes, as late reactions may yield false readings.
Result Interpretation Guide
Each of the four testing regions contains a Control Line (C) and a Test Line (T).
-
Non-Reactive (Negative): A distinct pink/red line appears in the Control region (C) only. No line appears in the Test region (T).
-
Reactive (Positive): Distinct lines appear in both the Control region (C) and the specific Test region (T). Any faint or dark line in the Test area indicates a reactive result for that specific infection.
-
Invalid: No line appears in the Control region (C). An invalid result indicates insufficient sample volume, incorrect buffer usage, or a compromised strip. Retesting with a fresh kit is required.
Clinical Note: The Venchecker kit is an initial screening device. A reactive result requires follow-up diagnostic testing at a medical laboratory or hospital for formal clinical confirmation.
